Missing Alumni, information requested
Mr. Steve Bennett of Grants Pass Oregon is looking for information in regards to his great grandmother a Miss Violet Gaston a graduate of Alhambra Union High School in the 1918 – 1922 time frame. Violet was born in Martinez in 1902. She was accidentally shot and killed in 1930 in the Fresno area by her husband Mr. Ralph Enloe Jr. Her parents were Charles and Lucella Gaston, Martinez residents. Violet had a sister named Dellah and a stepsister Mrs. Carl Hanson of Martinez and stepbrother Earnest Blackburn of Berkeley. Any information about Violet and her family would be greatly appreciated.
